Who can become a reseller?
Ideal resellers can be graphics, webmasters, typographers, advertisement agencies, computer assistants. Anyone who has the skills as to grant their own customers the suitable assistance can buy our services.
Which are the incur costs to become a reseller?
To become a reseller is completely free. As soon as your qualification is registered, a control panel will be at your disposal where you can activate a 30 days demo site (for free) to check our products. Moreover, a templates window will be available to personalize and complete your web site as a sample catalogue for your customers.
How much can I earn?
Your earnings will be based on the difference between the price sale to you customer, plus your skills as a web creator and the purchase price from Kreativo. It is not immediate to establish what your earnings will be, but if you take into account that it can take a number of hours to accomplish the web site negotiations, there can be interesting margins of gain.
We have divided the revenues on the product as follows:
Reseller:
1) Adviser cost at the sales stage.
2) Graphic and technical realization cost to put the product online.
3) 3) Technical assistance cost during the whole contract year.
Kreativo:
1) Management platform and web hosting cost.
How can I be inserted in the resellers’ map in kreativo?
To be inserted in kreativo web site you have to purchase at least 3 sites.
This is to give guarantee to all final customers who will address to you through kreativo web site to purchase our product.
Have I got the right to receive technical assistance?
As a reseller, technical assistance will be guaranteed on the phone from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12.30.
Anyway, you will be able to interact with us at any time by using the trouble tickets from your control panel. We will answer back in the shortest time as possible, according to the inquiries.

How much time does the purchased web site becomes active?
All the orders will be activated within 24/48 hours from the receipt of the payment. If the order includes registration or domain transfer, you will have to wait longer according to the technical times of each Domain register.
When I purchase a web site, do I also receive a source file?
No, the source file is not provided. The web site only works on our servers and it has an yearly fee.
Can I manage the web site through FTP?
No, you do not need to. The web sites are easily manageable from a platform which we have created. It is included in the purchase price.
Can you see the Kreativo logo in the purchased products?
No, our logo will not be visible in none of the purchased products.
Can I further personalize the web site?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with the personalization, which you can directly deal with on the control panel, write to: customize@kreativo.com.
Can I move the web site to another server?
No, the web sites need to be on our server to work and get the technical assistance.
Will the web sites be visible on the search engines (Google, Virgilio, Yahoo, Bing, etc..)?
No, the web sites have to be indexed or at least reported to the search engines to be visible on them. For motives of propriety we do not guarantee any result.

Domains
How much time does it take to register a domain?
The registration time depends on the extension of the domain. On average it takes 2 or 3 days.
How many domains can I register under my name as a private person and / or a company?
You can register no limits domains both as a private citizen and as a company.
If the domain I’m interested in is not available, how can I register it?
If the domain I am interested in is not available, it is not possible to register it. You need to choose a new one.
I have just registered a new domain, can I replace it with another one?
No, you will have to register a new domain.
My domain has expired, are there any additional costs to renew it?
Yes, according to the extension of the domain there will be additional costs to restore it. Anyway, we suggest you to contact us before you renew it.
Which are the additional services included in the domain cost?
Together with the domain cost there are: 3 mailboxes up to 25 MB each with webmail access, pop3 and imap. Web hosting is not included.

Payments and renewals
How can I renew?
To renew a domain or a service you need to use your control panel, as follows:
1) Enter Kreativo and insert your access data (e-mail and password).
2) Select the service you wish to renew and go on to the payment step.
3) We will send you a confirmation of the order.
The renewals will be assessed within a maximum of 24/48 hours as soon as we receive the payment.
When do I renew?
To avoid the loss of your identity in the Internet we advise you to renew your domain 10 days before the it expires, as to avoid inefficiencies.
I do not want to renew the domain, what should I do to cancel the services?
If you have decided not to renew your domains or any associated service, you just not renew it and the registration will automatically decay. Remember that you will lose any the connected rights to your disk space and all the files or folders in it, together with the mailboxes.
What are the payment options?
If you decide to renew the domain, from your control panel you can pay with credit card, pre paid cards, Pay Pal and Bank Transfer. We remind you that if you choose the bank transfer you need to send the statement of account copy of the payment to sales@kreativo.com to avoid the deactivation of the associated services.
Will I receive any expiry warning when my services are going to expire?
Yes, kreativo will send you some expiry warnings 60, 30 and 15 days before the domain expires. This will not guarantee the the receipt of the notices. As to keep our services active, we advise you to check the expiry showed in your control panel.
